Property Investments UK Limited are a one stop shop, we provide a vital service for landlords who may not have the time or experience, or who do not live close enough, to be able to look after their investments on a full-time basis. We are not a high street estate agent and therefore can offer a more personal service tailored to your individual needs.
We offer a full property management service to our clients, including property maintenance. We employ rent collectors who visit the properties in person. We also have a team of full time office based support staff, who deal exclusively with property related issues, from both landlords and tenants, on a daily basis.
We pride ourselves on offering a professional service to both landlords and tenants. We provide a convenient and efficient link between landlords and tenants, removing the stress of property management, and allowing landlords to benefit from our experience in the industry.
